Beauté Attendue acts by the Consumer Protection Law in the
return processes for the product/products you have purchased from the website
beauteattendue.com. You have the right to withdraw from the contract without
assuming any legal and criminal liability and without providing any reason, by
using your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day you received your
order.
The product's invoice, the unused product itself, its
original box, packaging, and the protective tapes on the product must be
delivered undamaged. By Article 22 of the Consumer Rights Cancellation and
Return Conditions, for the return of "cosmetic and personal care
products," their packaging must be unopened, and the products must be untested,
undamaged, and unused.
If any deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, use, and
other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the
product cannot be returned in the condition it was delivered to the user, the
product will not be accepted for return, and the payment will not be refunded.
Therefore, we recommend that you carefully package the products to prevent them
from being damaged during shipment.
After your returned product reaches our address and meets
the necessary conditions, a return approval is obtained. The refund is credited
to your bank account or credit card within 7-10 business days.
